Convert JPG to PDF for Admission Forms

Portals often require PDF format even when you only have phone photos.

Steps

1. Photograph documents in good light
2. Crop each image if needed
3. Open JPG to PDF
4. Add images in order
5. Download and compress if the portal has a size limit

Photograph documents for readable results

• Place the document on a flat contrasting surface
• Use bright, even light without flash glare
• Hold the phone parallel to the page
• Include every edge before cropping
• Retake blurred text instead of trying to sharpen it later

Arrange an admission document packet

Follow the order requested by the institution. A common packet might include the application, identity proof, marksheets, and certificates, but requirements differ. Add images to JPG to PDF in that order and preview the result before downloading.

Balance size, color, and readability

Color scans are useful when stamps or seals matter, but they create larger PDFs. If the portal accepts grayscale, convert or compress after creating the complete PDF. Do not remove color when it is part of the document verification requirement.
